Most ERP projects fail in the same three ways: scope drifts because nobody pushed back at the start; the senior consultant who pitched the project doesn't actually do the work; the "run" phase becomes a stranger's responsibility once the initial bill is paid.

Odotech exists to do the opposite. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. The first call is the first day of work. We turn down projects we don't think we can deliver well — and tell you exactly why, so you can find a partner who can.

We pick three values, and we mean them:

• No surprises. Written scope, weekly demos, no "change requests" for things that were always required.
• You own the code. Every line we write lives in your Git, under MIT or LGPL, with documentation. Switch partners whenever you want.
• We stay. TMA contracts include actual humans with phone numbers, not a queue.
