Services

Everything you need to bring Odoo into production and keep it humming. Five services, end-to-end, by senior consultants — no hand-offs to junior teams.

01 · Implementation

Odoo from zero to go-live.

Whether you're replacing a 15-year-old ERP, leaving Excel behind, or starting fresh — we run the full project. Process workshops, scope document, configuration, custom modules where needed, training, go-live, hyper-care.

Modules we deploy regularly: Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Multi-warehouse, Accounting (with country-specific COA), Manufacturing/MRP, HR/Payroll, Point of Sale, eCommerce, Project, Subscription, Field Service, Documents, Knowledge.

Typical scope: 6 to 16 weeks depending on number of modules, integrations, and team size. We always deliver a written effort estimate before quoting.

What you get

  • Written BRD & scope document
  • BPMN process diagrams
  • Configured Odoo on your infrastructure or Odoo.sh
  • Custom modules under MIT/LGPL with your team
  • Role-based training (live + recorded)
  • Go-live with on-site or remote support
  • 30 days of post-launch hyper-care
02 · Migration

Move from v11 → v19, or off another ERP.

Major-version Odoo upgrades are the kind of project that go quietly until they don't. We've migrated databases across every version since v11 — community and Enterprise — including custom modules, third-party apps, and translated content.

What we cover: data integrity audit, custom-module port to the target version, OpenUpgrade scripts where useful, dry-run on a copy of production, real-data migration with rollback plan, regression testing, scheduled cut-over.

Off-Odoo migrations: SAP B1, Sage, Dynamics NAV/GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, custom-built ERPs, Excel-driven shops. We've moved data from each.

Recent migrations

Fraîche Cancan (France) — Odoo v13 → v16 with custom modules and Talend ETL. Performance +40%, manual effort -60%.

ATV Cycles (France) — Ginkoia + WooCommerce + Lokki + Shippingbo + Sellsy → one Odoo 19. Five subscriptions terminated.

03 · Custom development

Modules that fit your business, not the other way around.

Some operations don't fit standard Odoo, and forcing them costs you more than building right. We write Python/JavaScript/QWeb modules with the same care as core Odoo: tested, documented, version-controlled, and handed over to your team.

What we've built: CPQ configurators with BOM auto-generation, slaughterhouse workflows with yield tracking, EDI generators (TrueCommerce ASN 856), barcode-driven inventory apps, multi-tenant SaaS dashboards, payment-terminal protocols (Caisse-AP), direct ZPL printing for Zebra, fiscal compliance modules (Tunisia, Côte d'Ivoire FNE).

Stack: Python 3, OWL/JS, QWeb, PostgreSQL, REST/SOAP/OData, Git, Docker. OCA standards.

Engagement model

Either fixed-price for a defined scope, or T&M sprints with weekly demos and budget caps. Daily stand-ups for projects over 3 weeks. Code lives in your Git repo; you own it.

04 · ERP & system integrations

Make Odoo talk to everything else.

We've connected Odoo to ERPs we don't even sell — Microsoft Dynamics NAV (OData V4, SOAP/XML codeunits), Dynamics GP (direct SQL via FreeTDS/pyodbc), NetSuite (REST), SAP (IDoc) — and to TMS, EDI, payment, e-commerce, marketplace, banking, and hardware systems.

Common integrations we ship:

  • EDI: TrueCommerce 856, X12, EDIFACT
  • TMS: Nexterus, Shippo, EasyPost
  • Payment: FLOA, Monetico, Stripe, PayPal, Konnect, Caisse-AP
  • Banking: BNP, CIC, Wise (CAMT.053 import)
  • eCommerce: WooCommerce, Shopify, Sylius
  • POS hardware: Verifone V200c, Zebra, Epson
  • Marketplaces: Amazon, Zid, BrickLink
  • Industry: VeloConnect (cycling), BIDEX

Our promise

Every integration ships with: end-to-end logging, idempotent retry, an audit table, sandbox-mode flag, and a runbook for your ops team. Webhooks where vendors offer them, polling cron where they don't.

05 · Run & support (TMA)

We don't disappear after go-live.

The first six months of production are when problems show up — Odoo bugs, edge-case workflows, unexpected scale, version upgrades, new feature requests. Our TMA contract gives you a senior consultant on call (not a ticket queue) plus monthly improvements.

Included in TMA: incident response (1-hour SLA on P1), monthly minor releases, version upgrade planning, monitoring & alerting, quarterly health checks, knowledge transfer to your team.

Pricing model

Monthly forfait based on user count and module breadth. Unused hours roll over for one month. Outside the forfait: hourly T&M with prior approval. No hidden fees, no per-ticket pricing.
