Full Odoo v13 → v16 migration with custom modules and Talend ETL. Automated end-to-end production flow (order → manufacturing → delivery). Large-scale Odoo v14 implementation for a government agency: HR, Payroll, Finance. Configured dozens of payroll rules, allowances, government-specific compliance workflows. Integrated custom Flutter mobile and React web portals via REST API coordination. Managed an offshore development team of 8 over an 8-month delivery cycle using Scrum.

Dealer Management & CRM system on Odoo 18. Intelligent lead distribution by ZIP code with workload balancing across territory reps.
